KeyCrafted Studio is an independent maker brand specializing in custom-designed 3D printed collectibles, cosplay props, and display accessories. Every piece is designed in-house and produced with a focus on detail, durability, and premium finish quality.

The Design Process

Each product begins as a concept — sketched, refined, and modeled using professional CAD software before a single layer of filament is laid down. We design for both aesthetics and structural integrity, ensuring that what looks great also holds up in real-world use.

Equipment

We run professional-grade hardware from Bambu Lab and Snapmaker — two of the most capable platforms in desktop manufacturing. Bambu Lab printers deliver high-speed, multi-material output with exceptional dimensional accuracy. Snapmaker adds versatility with its modular toolhead system, supporting 3D printing, laser engraving, and CNC carving in a single machine. This combination gives us the flexibility to handle a wide range of projects at a consistently high standard.

Materials & Printing

We work with a broad filament library — from everyday materials to engineering-grade options:

PLA & PETG — ideal for collectibles and display props requiring fine detail and surface quality
TPU — flexible and resilient, used for wearable or impact-resistant components
ABS, ASA, PC, and other engineering materials — for parts that demand higher heat resistance, UV stability, or mechanical strength

Print settings are dialed in per model — layer height, infill density, and support structures are all optimized to balance visual quality with structural strength.

Commission Prints

We accept commission prints of any complexity. Whether you need a single prototype, a detailed prop replica, or a technically demanding engineering part, we'll work with you to assess feasibility, select the right material, and deliver a finished result that meets your spec. No project is too niche.

Print by Custom Order

Have a model you love but can't print yourself? We can produce it for you. We work with files sourced from platforms like Makerworld, Thangs, and other model repositories — or from your own files. Just share the model and your requirements, and we'll handle the rest.

Finishing & Quality Control

Raw prints are inspected, sanded, and finished before shipping. We review each piece for layer consistency, dimensional accuracy, and surface quality. Only items that meet our standards leave the studio.
